What means the Brunxu name?

The property name, Brunxu, is the Brunka word for hummingbird, a sacred animal symbol of resurrection among many tribes of Central America. We named the place as a tribute to indigenous people who populated our land, very long time before the arrival of Europeans in Costa Rica and also because we hope that our guests reborn, recharging in our home the positive energy needed for daily living.
